PENERAPAN E-LEARNING DENGAN PENDEKATAN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA

چکیده

Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) merupakan sekolah tingkat pertama di Indonesia. Sistem pembelajaran saat ini masih banyak menggunakan sistem konvensional yaitu proses terikat dengan waktu dan tatap muka kelas antara guru siswa. Sehingga siswa menjadi pasif karena dominan mendengarkan metode ceramah. Dalam hal diperlukan yang efektif berbasis online E-learning pendekatan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Website pada SMP tools pemrograman PHP pengujian ISO 9126. Hal untuk membantu memberikan solusi dalam agar mempermudah belajar tanpa adanya jangka ditentukan oleh dapat mandiri. Penerapan CRM website model 9126 hasil sangat baik 87,56%, diharapkan meningkatkan minat kreativitas media komputer, laptop, bahkan smartphone.
